Getting your supplies shouldn’t be stressful. We work directly with your doctor and insurance company to manage the forms, approvals, and authorizations.
We’ll keep you informed at each step. When the paperwork is finished and your order is ready, your supplies will be sent right to your door.

Many doctors send us prescriptions for their patients, but you can also call us yourself. We’ll work with your doctor to get what we need and take care of the details for you.

We’ll start with a phone call to confirm the details your doctor sent us. After that, you’ll get updates by phone, email, or text about your order.

We’ll handle the insurance forms and any prior authorizations your plan requires. We follow-up, as needed, until the right documents are received.
Delivery and support
After your order arrives, we’ll call to make sure everything is going smoothly. Our team can walk you through setting up your CGM device and answer any questions.
Not only are our agents trained by certified diabetes specialists (CDCES) — many also live with diabetes, so they truly understand your experience.
You’ll receive an invoice that outlines your supplies, your insurance coverage, and any balance due.
